Min. 3+ years as Head of Operations/ Sr. Operations Manager/ Service Delivery Leader/ General Manager.

Leadership, Decision-Making, People Management, Budget Development, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills, Planning and Organizing, Delegation, Negotiation, Adaptability, Stress Tolerance, Team Work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup & Manage large Domestic Call Center Operations across multiple locations in India.
  • Responsible for Profit &Loss of the center.
  • Assist in Acquiring New Businesses.
